Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in AED or USD on an Ex Works UAE basis and exclude any applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted methods such as Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the UAE.
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Warm Weather Shipping
During periods of high temperatures, we may use insulated packaging or cold packs to help protect your order. However, we cannot guarantee products will not melt in transit. For optimal results, we recommend selecting expedited shipping if you live in a warm climate.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Allergy Warning:
This product is manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. While every effort is made to ensure accurate labeling, consumers with food allergies consume at their own risk.
